We are all huge children and animal lovers - for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, please carefully monitor your children and fur babies if you need to bring them with you. We ask they be respectful of our salon and boutique and other clients and are quiet and well-behaved. Children over 12 may receive services at the full price.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. Neither for services or products. If you are dissatisfied with your service or product, please notify us within 3 days and we will discuss options or exchanges.
No Call / No Show
If you do not call or text to cancel or reschedule, and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of the appointment, we will require advance payment on any future booking.
Yes, we have WiFi. Please feel free to bring your devices to your appointment. We ask that all devices be set to "silent" or use headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients.
Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved, and stylist demand. Our services menu lists the base cost for each service. Feel free to ask your stylist in advance if you are unsure how our pricing will work for you personally, or schedule a consultation prior and we will assess your needs.
Cancelled / Rescheduled or Missed Appointments
Your appointment is taken very seriously by your Alma Bella stylist. Fortunately, this is rarely an issue, but it needs to be addressed. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can re-book your time slot. If you cancel or make changes less than 24 hours in advance, it is unkind. If this is a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule, your stylist reserves the right to refuse to provide you with future services.
